In cell using minus changes value to sum formula instead of enteri

Hi there,

I have a s/s that is just very simple.
When keying a minus (-) into a cell it changes automatically to the sum
function.
If I used the same s/s on another PC I am able to put a minus in.
What is causing this issue?
