In Excel 2007 why camn't I cut and paste in titles in charts

Hi,

Can to explain a bit more.
I can edit the charts title text and use cut and paste.

When editing a title in a chart on a separate chart sheet the CtrlX does
nothing and the cut scissors icon is greyed out.

Thanks for the clarification. This does indeed seem like a retro step.
I will check and see if this has already been bugged with MS.
