One way is to filter out the rows with blank cells in Col A before printing...
If you are looking for a similar feature in Excel as there was in Loutus
1-2-3 (where you could mark rows you did not want in the printout) then you
won't find one.
Hello DH55 - have you looked into creating a pivot table to do what you
want? It can be a little overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it,
you'll wonder why you never used them before. There are plenty of options
once this is set up, to include filtering a report for something specific in
Column A or simply remove the checkmark for Blank and only rows that have
that column populated will display/print.
