In Exchange, can you change autoreply for someone else on system?

Someone at my work was wondering about the possibility of changing someone
else's autoreply on their behalf. I've set it up so they have access to that
person's Email, but this doesn't give you the privileges to change their
autoreply message.

Is there a way to set this up, or would a user require full access to their
account, and need to login on their behalf?
