In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
On the File menu, click New.
In the New task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that
provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use
these commands while still working on your files.), under New page, click
More page templates.
On the General tab, click Form Page Wizard, and then click OK.

Form Page Wizard is not there

Hi there,
Hmm, FP SE ??? didnt see anything like that. But I did see Frontpage and
SharPoint technologies: And under it was set at default, I changed that to
Complete which checked all the boxs. Pooof, Form wizard is now a selection I
can pick. Thanks for getting me in the right area.
