In frontpage in "more templates / general" there is no Forms temp.

The "forms wizard" seems to have vanised from the "General" tab of *more page
templates". I only have Normal, bibliography, FAQ, Photo galery and Contents.
Should I have Feedback, Guest Book, etc. ?

I have tried Repair etc from the original CD, without success.

Can I download these templates/wizards from somewhere?

Tools->Page Options - Authoring Tab
Check the box "Browse Time web components"

FP Forms require the FrontPage extensions. Clearing that box indicates the
extensions are not available - hence the forms are not available.
