In-line picture clipped at top of page in Word 2007

I have small pictures (0.12"x0.12") in some of my text with the text (12-pt
font)wrapping set to "In line with Text". These images look OK in all
cases, except when the text line happens to be the first line on a page. In
this case, the picture gets lowered by about 10 pts. Any idea how to fix
this problem?
