In Outlook 2002 why are there no public holidays shown from 2008?

Within Outlook 2002 I downloaded US and UK and other public & religious
holidays in Calendar but they all end by 31 Dec 2007. Where and how can I get
similar data for 01 Jan 2008 onwards?
