In Outlook 2003/2000/Exchange for some reason I can no longer get.

For some reason in both Outlook 2000 and more recently in my upgraded Outlook
2003 client I can no longer get calendar reminders online. I have checked all
the reminder settings and they seem fine. For some reason, if I am running
offline my reminders suddenly work ?

Has any one got any ideas ? Many thanks in advance, Nealesj
