In Outlook 2003 How do I display the day of the week on the cal.

In a weekly view I can see the date displayed as month nme and day number but
I get no name of the day. How can I get this? On the same machine my wife has
the day displayed in her set and I am not aware i set any different
variables but I cant find out how to display day names
