In Outlook 2003 how do you prevent OOO autoreply to a ListServer?

How do you prevent Out-of-Office autoreply to a Listserver? I've tried doing
this by adding a rule to move to another folder and checking 'Do not process
subsequent rules'... is that the right method?

Thanks,

No, the OoO has already replied then. You cannot set exceptions on it. You
can however use Wizard Rules instead of the OoO. Configure it to have the
server reply with a template and set exceptions.
