in Outlook 2003 navigation pane

in my Outlook 2003 navigation pane, most of the English is
unintelligible--more like Turkish! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several
time, with no improvement.

What language is your Office/Outlook? Have you tried starting Outlook one time with the /resetfolders switch?

My Outlook is in English on a multi-language Wondows base (English-Hebrew) .
How do I start with resetfolders switch? where/what is that?
