In Outlook 2003, when I type an apostrophe, it shows up in my e-m.

When I see my message posted (i.e. in an e-mail group) my apostrophe's show
up as boxes. How do I fix this?

Try reinstalling the font. Look for *.fnt on the installation cd. I hope this
gets you pointed in the right direction.
