In Outlook 2007, Macros do not transfer from normal.dot

In previous versions of Outlook, using Word as email editor, I could use
about 15 macros, built into Word in its normal.dot template.

This option appears to be gone and the templates are now in a different
folder with different names & extensions. By copying my 'old' normal.dot
into that folder & deleting normal.dotm, & then opening word I could get a
new normal.dotm to recognize my macros in Word 2007.

Trying the same procedure with normalemail.dotm di not work.

How can i get my macros into normalemail.dotm, so i can use thenm when
writing email?

Any help would be appreciated.

Word as the email editor has been eliminated as an option and a "word-lite"
..dll substituted to give many, but not all, of the advantages of using Word
when editing Outlook messages.

Yes, that is obvious.

But, my question is, how can I 'import' my about 15 macros into that new
normalemail.dotm.
