In outlook 2007, one person PST file is access by the other peron

Outlook PST file access

Hi Team,

In outlook 2007, A person is creating a new pst and saving in local drive.
the computer is a share workstation, which used by other user too. both the
user have admini rights. Therefore, one person is accessed by other person.

Could anyone tell me that, how one person PST can be accessed by other person.

Unless the PST file is password protected, it can be opened my any compatible
version of Outlook.
When the PST file is created, there is an option to add a password.
