My schedule frequently has days when I have multiple clients scheduled at the
same time (sometimes as many as 10). The calendar shows these in Outlook
2003 as a split column for the time period. So if I had 5 appointments at
10:00, each appointment would be 1/5 column wide. When we print multiple
calendars in a view, that makes each of the multiple appointments unreadable.
Is there a way to change the view so that each appointment is listed
sequentially, so in my example the start time would show 10:00 and each of
the 5 would be on a separate line? Otherwise I have to change the start time
by 15 minutes to get it to work. I could change the scale to 5 minutes, but
that applies to the whole day and that makes the calendar too long. If I
could apply the 5 minute scale to a one hour period only, that would solve
the problem, too, but I don't know how to do that (or if it can be done).
Thanks for your help.
