What version of Outlook? Does it happen on all messages or only new ones and
not replies?

Please use normal capitalization or all lower case - it's easier to read
than all caps.

i am using outlook 2003. it seems to happen only wheni send new emails not

Are you using an antivirus scanner on outgoing email?

yes. norton antivirus

disable it and see if it helps. You really don't need to scan mail,
especially outgoing.

I am having this same problem with a client. I disabled her Norton Outbound
scanning, but that failed to solve the problem. Any other ideas?
