In Picture Manager change default email to Outlook Express

I have Office 2003 and use the Picture Manager extensively. I would like to
be able to send pictures to an email recipient using Outlook Express instead
of Outlook. Is there a way to change the default email program in the "send
to" "email recipient" context menu?
