In PowerPoint I need a current/next monitor for presenter to view

I am looking for a way to have a second display in PowerPoint for the
presenter to view while making a presentation. I would like to be able to
configure it so the presenter can know where he is at in his presentation. I
need it to show both the current slide being displayed as well as the next
slide to be displayed. A row of smaller slides with the current slide in a
fixed location would also be helpful. To be able to see the notes would be
helpful as well. The layout of the design screen is close but it needs to be
optimized for easy viewing by the presenter in the middle of a presentation.
Can this be done through a macro/VB or an add-on product?

Hi Richard,

It is better to buy a dual monitor screen to attain what trying to present.
Try to look for matrox graphic card that can view extended views of your
presentation. View there demo.
