In Presets-I've lost "grayscale" choice.

Hi,

In the 'Print" dialogue box, in 'Presets', I've lost the 'grayscale' choice.
I only have 'standard. 'Grayscale' is faster and more efficient and doesn't
use color, I think.

Hi Rafael -

If you haven't recently done so, you might want to Repair Disk Permissions
first. If that doesn't fix the problem you may need to update/reinstall your
printer driver, as it is responsible for most of what is presented in the
Print dialog... Word simply calls it up.

If these ideas don't help, please make sure to mention what version of OS X
& Office, type of printer & any other details that may be helpful. Without
that info, were just guessing at what to do.
