In Project 2007 how do I set non default working time

In earlier versions of Project I could click on Tools/Change Working Time,
then click on a non working day - say Saturday 4/4/09 - click the radio
button for "Non default working time" & then click on OK & Project would make
Saturday, 4/4/09 a working day (& leave the rest of my calendar alone). Now
I have Project 2007 & when you click on Tools/Change Working Time, the option
for "Non default working time" is no longer there. So how do I turn one
Saturday into a working day for my whole project without having to create
special calendars, resource calendars, task calendars, etc.

Go to the change working time dialog. In the bottom half of the form, enter a
name for the exception and then click the "details" button to set how project
is going to treat it. You have a lot more options and can make that one day
or every saturday non-default working time. Having the named exceptions makes
it much easier to keep track of them and delete them if necessary.
