In PWA 2007 what happened to the insert tasks from timesheet functionin status reports?

In PWA 2003 you had a button available labeled insert tasks from
timesheet when composing a status report. In 2007 I do not see a
comparble function. Did our administrator not allow this function in
the set-up or was this functionality removed in 2007?
