In the appointment dialog box: how to delete/modfy locations in u.

An annoying yet menial problem. In the appointment dialog box, there is a
drop down menu to write in locations of the appointment. Once you have
wriiten them in, they become options in this user defined drop down menu. I
have a few mistaken entries that i cant delete and Ive tried all I could
think of

Can anyone please help ?
