In the footer allow "Page (x) of (y)" like in Word

G'day

This is a feature that I manually enter in the "Master" so that I know how
many slides I'm trough already and how many I have to go in a presentation.
It is a pain because I have to chage views to see how many slides I have then
I have to manually enter - thern if I change the presentationI have to
remember to change the slide number in the Master. You can do this in Word
in the header/footer pop up menu - surely it wouldn't be too hard to
implement in PowerPoint too?

By the way I never use the rehearse timings as I run interactive
presentations whose timing can go very differently to the rehearsal. The
problem with presenting with automated timings is that once it's going you
can't disengage it - there should be a right click menu option
Previous/Next/Stop Automation/ etc.

Cheers Tim
