In Visio 2003 Text and Shapes separate when Printing

I am using Visio 2003 and developed a basic flow chart. Everything looks
fine in print preview but when printed to paper the text and shapes
"separate" so they are not lined up. I am printing to a Xerox Phaser 6350DP
PS. Any suggestions? Thanks.

This is usually a problem caused by drivers. Have you checked to see
if updated drivers are available for your printer?

I have our networking team working on that right now as I had suspicioned
that might be the case. Thank you.
