In Visio, How do I get one line to arc over another.

You can do this with connectors but not lines created with the Line tool.

I did set the lines up with the connector tool but they still do not arc over
when crossing another line. I believe that I have a setting that is
incorrect, but I can't seem to find the correct one.

First go to File > Page Setup > Layout & Routing to make sure that line
jumps are turned on. Then select you connectors and go to Format > Behavior

Connector and make sure line jumps are turned on (preferably referencing

the page setting).
