I'm doing a test-run of Office 2008, Home Version, and notice a glitch
in spellcheck/grammar-check: After editing using track changes--
usually my editor has done some editing as well -- I then switch to
the unmarked-up view and run the spell-check. (Which view I'm using is
not relevant to my problem, but I thought I'd be specific.)
My document looks fine on the screen. But the spell check sometimes
(not always) picks up a mix of my various drafts. So there will be
obvious garble in the spell-check box -- something like "I've decided
toI plan to go in the following direction ..." -- when one of those
options has phrases has been deleted in hte main document.
Anyone else have this problem? it never happened in Office X. I'm
running a trial version of '08 alongside Office X. I just bought
Office '08 on Amazon, so a version on CD is on the way.
