Late last year I brought a new pc. It had XP installed
alright and works ok. Prior to this I had windows 98se and
could use my office 2000prem on it without problems and
update it.
since the new pc, although I can install office, only
parts of it will run, no excel, not access. when I try to
update it I'm told 'installer terminated prematurely' and
it stops.
Can anyone advise what I need to do please?
