M mark.everett Dec 6, 2005 #2 Renee - Assuming you have Admin rights in PWA you change it in the View Definition by setting the Filter for Active resources. If this is just for your view, then in PWA > Resource Center > Filter Group and Search. Again, filter on Active. The values are Yes or No. Hope this helps, Mark Everett, PMP www.quantumpm.com
