Dear All,
For some time I have been making resources inactive when they leave the
company. Often some people return, so I do not delete them altogether for a
while.
I thought that I had this down - make them inactive and change workgroup to
None, which should sort out any error messages. However, I have recently
noticed (it might have been happening for a while?) despite the changes I
made in the ERP, within projects the resources were working on, their
workgroup does not change and so the error messages persist.
When I try to change the workgroup within a project, of course it tells me
that the changes will not be affected, and if I want to change it completely
then I should open the ERP!!!
Has anyone seen this before? Or even better have a solution, with an
explanation?
Thanks in advance,
John
