Hi,
I have this problem in my EPM.
This problem at the moment of the synchronization with the AD ones has
happened. Some users appear inactive in PWA.
Taken actions already:
1 - Qualified the user and marked the option Clear User GUID.
2 - modified the account user that carries through the synchronization.
3 - Error generated in event to viewer:

Hello,

My problem was Resolved. It was happening had the user to have been add to
the Resource pool, without having the Display Name to be filled.
