We have a user who is having a problem only in outlook, no other office apps.
Outlook 2003, XP sp2. While typing in an email, he will suddenly lose his
cursor and the open message will become an inactive window. All service
packs and updates are installed, virus scans and anti spyware scans have been
run. Machine is an IBM thinkpad t60. We have had some problems with these
and have had to upgrade the bios in them. Since doing this, he still has the
problem, but instead of having to click in the message to make it active, it
will come back active after 5-10 seconds.
Ive never seen this and no one else is having this problem and am just
hoping someone might have comeacross this and have a solution.
Thanks for any help
