Inadvertently merged Calendar/Contacts

Posting here per suggestion in microsoft.public.exchange.clients

One of my co-workers is one of our main Blackberry techs, and it seems that
there's a new version of the Blackberry client software he was given to
install on his PC. He uses this software for cases where he needs to reload
the
software on a user's Blackberry.

When hooking up another user's Blackberry Pearl the new client software
automatically imported all of the Blackberry user's contacts and
appointments into the tech's Exchange mailbox in Outlook. Obviously this is
not a great thing, as he really doesn't want the zillion contacts and all
the appointments of this executive that are now strewn about his own
mailbox. So this is my question (I am running Outlook 2003 and have
Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2):

- I played around and was able to view all active appointments and sort by
modified date and find the appointments that were thrown in there this
morning and removed them (I was also able to do this for the Contacts).
This however does not remove any old appointments, as past appointments are
not considered "active". Is there any way I can add these appointments to
the view so I can remove all of the old appointments as well?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
