Inbox e-mail is not showing up on the Mac but it is on the PC

On one of the Mac's in our office when the user goes into her Outlook
account the Inbox is saying "0" messages. Opening that same exact
account on a PC is showing 463 messages.

Our help desk has tried to help with this but so far we have not found
a solution.
