inbox emails show my name instead of sender name

When I opened outlook today, all of my inbox emails only display my name or
the recipients name instead of the senders name, and I have to open the email
to see who it is from. How can I change this to display the senders name on
my incoming mail?

left click on the column headers - you need to remove the TO column and add
in the FROM column
