My inbox show 2 unread emails but i cant find them. How can i reset to show no unread emails ?

Are you sure you don't have some kind of filter set that is preventing the
mails from appearing? Have you tried using View>Unread Only to try to see
them?

I have seen this happen on newsgroups but never on a POP email account. If
you're sure there are really no unread mails to read, select the inbox and
then Message>Mark All as Read (or cmd-opt-T). That will reset the unread
count to 0.
