Hello,
I'm having a problem with Outlook 2007 that's been bothering me for some time now. After I installed Business Contact Manager the Inbox folder is not showing new messages anymore. I mean, when new mail arrives the Inbox folder won't display the new messages, and I'm forced to click on any other folder and then back to Inbox in order to refresh it. Also the systray new mail indicator is not displaying anything at all.
I have confirmed that this problem is caused by the Business Contact Manager Add-in, because when I disable it, things go back to normal. I've been googling and searching for solutions, and I tried all the possible ones I found, with no success. What I tried so far is:
- Downloaded and applied Business Contact Manager SP1
- Checked for firewall problems: windows firewall is off and I uninstalled every other firewall
- I enabled the "Customer Experience Improvement Program"
- I performed a "Repair" on Office 2007
None of the above worked.
Please, can anyone give me more ideas to find a solution for this annoying problem?
Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Mc.
