Inbox in Outlook 2003 no longer updates

I have been using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2000 Server for several months
with no problems. I logged off last week and had seen no problems then, but
yesterday, I logged back on to the server and my inbox would not update. We
use the BlackBerry Corporate system, and my BlackBerry device is still
receiving emails, indicating that my mailbox is OK. If I send an email, the
Sent Items folder updates with the email. If I send one to myself, Sent Items
records the mail and my BlackBerry receives it, but nothing appears in the
Outlook Inbox.

I have changed nothing over the weekend, no other software has been altered
or installed anywhere and no other Exchange users are affected. I have tried
deleting the exchange account and adding it again (no change) as well as
using the Detect and Repair function to try to fix the problem (no change).

I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what has caused this issue and
what I can do to resolve it. I have contacted Microsoft Support directly but
they will not provide help on the issue for free.
