Inbox in Personal Folders

I have just startd using Outlook 2007 on VISTA and restored my backup
contacts from my PC to my notebook using a Sandisk Cruzer. In the "Contacts"
in the upper left hand side I now have "Contacts," "Inbox in Personal
Folders" and "Contacts in Personal Folders." Now I keep getting a popup
screen that that says, "The path specified for the file E:\contacts
backup.pst is not valid," which occurs when I click on "Inbox in Personal
Folders." This was the method I always used to keep contacts updated and
never had a problem with XP and Outlook 2003. How do I get rid of that
folder? There doesn't seem to be a choice to delete it. Your help in
resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Control Panel's Mail applet's Data Files button should allow that.
