I have an Outlook 2003 user who has their Inbox located under their Deleted
Items folder. No rules are applied. When the user tries to delete their
"trash" Outlook gives them the message "You don't have appropriate permission
to perform this operation."
When I try to move the Inbox I get the message "Can't move the items.
Special folders, including the Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Tasks and
Journal folders cannot be moved."
I have created another Outlook mail profile with the same result. I don't
know if creating another user profile will fix the problem, or if I need to
somehow "fix" this through Exchange.
Regardless, I don't know how to proceed.
Many thanks for your input!
