Inbox mails are disapeard in day

my inbox mails are disapread in a day.i can see only todays mails only.next
day morning all inbox mails will be gone.please tell me what can i do.coz im
in deep trouble without my old mails.even time sorting i cant view mails.

thank mic,
i discovered reason as i created a pop3 account for my office exchange
account.but i coudnt click on leave a copy in server.so after i download
mails from home and next day after cuming office i saw old mails are
missing.so is thr anyway to recover them again?

It would have to be an IMAP account set to Leave On Server. If you check
your mail without that set, that would be why they aren't there the next
day.

IMAP accounts don't have that setting as they ALWAYS leave messages on the
server.

Why are you using a POP account to access an Exchange server? Use an Exchange
account.

I check my work mail from home all the time, either using Outlook Web Access
or using an Exchange account while connected via a firewall. One can also use
an Exchange account connected with RPC over HTTP. Using a POP account is the
LAST thing you want to do.

This has little to do with POP accounts.

If you defined a POP account then the option of leaving messages on the
server is available. Sounds like you instead created and Exchange
account in Outlook to connect to the Exchange server at work (which is
suprising because most companies don't permit outside access to their
mail server). They may have setup a POP connector to their Exchange
account and that is to what you connect; however, they still do not
usually allow outside access to their POP connector without going
through a VPN from your home to their corporate network.

If you didn't delete the e-mails (so they are in the Deleted Items
folder) or are using a view that hides them, you'll have to contact the
Exchange admin to ask them to restore your Exchange mailbox back to a
prior state using their backups. That could mean that you lose new
e-mails delivered after whatever date you ask them to restore your
Exchange mailbox.
