I am running Outlook 2003 to handle 5 email accounts with Network Solutions.
When I click send/receive, messages from all 5 email accounts go into the
inbox and rules are automatically run to push the messages into folders based
on the email account. All of this works fine, however...
On JUST ONE of the five email accounts, the messages received do not show
the sender or the subject (just the envelope and time). The message itself is
difficult to impossible to read as it shows a lot of encoding and random
characters. I believe I have narrowed the problem down to Outlook - the
server show the message correctly and it happens when virus protection is on
or off. It is also a recent development after several years of not having
this problem. It is happening to all messages from one of the five accounts
for the past 2 days!
