Inbox Messages Print Priview Disabled.... "MS Outlook 2003"

MS Outlook 2003
Please help som1 to rectify the issue..!
If i m opening a message from Inbox Print Priview is Disable if the Message
type is HTML, Only Plain Text Print Priview option is visible..
and also i m unable to print properly as like Header and footer is not
printing on those....

Since most of the messages in my Inbox are HTML format so its not Printing
Properly also Print Priview is disable... so plz ny1 can help me out in this
matter...
