Inbox/Outbox Status

We use Outlook and Exchange in our office. Recently, I have one user having
refresh problems with her In and Outbox. She won't know that she has new
email arrived in her inbox until she clicks on a different folder and then
comes back to her inbox again. As for her outbox, when ever she sends a new
email, it shows it is being stuck in the outbox, until she clicks on a
different folder. This only happens on her machine. If I load her outlook
profile on a different machine the problem is not there. The only recent
change to her outlook account was that we had to designate a new smtp address
for her due to a last name change, but we also kept her old smtp address so
she will still get email from clients that haven't been notified of her name
change. Any suggestions?
