Inbox Repair Tool is missing

The Inbox Repair tool Scanpst.exe for Microsoft Outlook does not appear in my
system. I've tried running a repair from the original software CDs but
Outlook still gives me the error message saying to run this repair tool. Is
there a place where I may download the Scanpst.exe file from?

If you installed Outlook (which I assume you have), you already have it. Did
you bother to consult a Help file?
