Inbox Rollover popup message summaries: MAKE THEM STOP!!!!

In Outlook 2003, when I cursor rollover items in the email list, a popup
appears for each one with a little summary of the time it was received, etc.

WHERE CAN I TURN THIS OFF?????? It is maddening. I am already displaying
all the information I want to see, this is redundant and there appears no way
to shut it off. PLEASE HELP.

AFAIk it can't be turned off in the two line view.
