Inbox showing empty ...when its not !!! Help please

I have a user with 75mb in their inbox (according to properties) and
535 items in inbox - But i cannot see any emails (as if the inbox is
empty)

I cant export to .pst - It fails straight away

The sent items folder etc are fine , its just the inbox

User is using Outlook 2003 with Exchange server 2003 sp2

If i try loading mbox through OWA - it just says loading and thats it

Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance

If OWA can't dhow it either, then it must be a mailbox problem and not an
Outlook problem. Speak with your Exchange admins. They're in a better
position to help than anyone.
