I've had an annoying problem crop up sometime last week that persists now. I
have multiple email accounts set up with Outlook - Exchange, IMAP, & POP. I
subscribe to a list group and it is very valuable to sort by conversation the
inbox in which those conversations occur. My POP account's inbox reverted to
a Normal sort view and despite my best efforts I cannot get it to initially
open in Conversation sort. Do you have any suggestions as to why this
happened or how to set it. Simply right clicking on the properties of the
account's inbox and choosing the initial sort view has not made any
difference.
