Inbox synchorinizing headers error

I am not able to edit, delete or update my MSN account in Outlook. I have
been using it with not problem until the other day. I am now receiving an
error. "Task 'MSN:Folder: Inbox synchorinizing headers. 'Reported errors
(0x800CCCF6): An unknown error has occured. Please save any existing work
and restart program."
