hi, i have a problem 3 days ago in which my inbox can not receive my new emails but i can send the emails. i checked through webmail and in my old computer, all are in order. My Sent folder is updated also even if i sent email through Blackberry or webmail or other computer.

have reinstalled the Office this morning but the problem is still no new email in my Inbox.

would you please help how to resolve this. thanks a lot.

Control-click the Inbox and choose Folder Properties > Empty Cache.
have reinstalled the Office this morning but the problem is still no new
email in my Inbox.

Reinstalling Office will almost never fix these kinds of problems. Due
to the architecture of the Mac OS, programs themselves rarely go "bad."

Reduce the number of emails you have in your inbox. Login to your account
using OWA, create a new folder inside your exchange profile and move older
emails in this folder.

Create a new identity in Entourage. Allow to sync completely.
